Romans and Trade

This is the first English translation of Andre Tchernia's latest work Les Romains et le commerce (Centre Jean Berard, 2012). It consists of two parts: the first is an introduction and five chapters giving a new synthesis of Roman commerce; the second is a collection of previously published articles, updated and revised.
